Yay! c l! So glad to see it's getting a CD release - something I was pinning my hopes on, coz I don't want to wear out the vinyl!

Just checked on Amazon to see the track list - looks like it was indeed a leak I saw that fateful day. Oh well. 'sonly 2 weeks on Friday to Box Set Day so I'm hanging on in there...

I love the fact that the image is bad quality...adds another layer of charm. It's still a great image...judging from the box set, it seems that the entire image will be framed with a tannish color. Who knows if 1987 and I Want to Live have been redone. We shall soon find out

Yeah! Totally with you on the picture quality - I find it quite hypnotic, staring into that smeared jpeggy blue. (J Peggy Blue... sounds like a 50s rock'n'roll song or something...)

I remember John popped up downloads of versions of 1987 and IWTL here back in 2012. The latter was clearly different, and my favourite version (lost now coz I forgot to back it up and my laptop gave up the ghost - oops), while the 2012 1987 seemed pretty similar to the original. Checking for the new 2012 on Youtube, it's been blocked because Domino have got copyright - so I'm guessing that's the one on Addendum! (A coupla years back I went to check if John's download links were still live, but alas they weren't...)

I read Addendum was going to have a darker tone than Screen Mems, but this track has that warm, sparkly, and sublime Love is Real feel.

Maybe this is me being picky, but I have to ask: is anyone else getting slightly peeved with Ribbon's Instagram hype machine tactic? The coy little reveal of a shitty low res image every two seconds? It made me nuts when the Touchdown video came out and it's making me nuts now.

i find the terrible quality thing quite hilarious but i'd be lying if i said i don't miss a gorgeous cover art like Love is Real's or We Must Become etc.
