I miss school so badly, I wish I could just drop in on some lectures now and then. I mean I guess I can, but I'm at work too much :(

p.s. what the heck would continental philosophy even be??

I was hoping it somehow combined ethics with plate tectonics

bunch of schools have open courses offered for free on their websites:

fairly new programs so not everything you're interested in is going to be there.

wow i would just love to talk to john for a little bit about philosophy.. i have been studying it for about too years and from the interviews i've seen he knows alot.. i was reading up on wolfgang and the death of humanity by the artificial representation of media and such.. everything he is talking about i have seemed to think about on my own as well.. so interesting

John should teach an online class open to non-degree-seeking students. I'd take it.
