It doesn't work if you haven't set it up in a stream/playlist. To make it work, you must remove the # from the URL.

i thought this was really cool.. a really nice medium for his rambling insightful monologues.. adding that kind of atomospheric, emotional, cosmic soundscape to amplify his words/thoughts
